Covid-19 Updates and Information

Rejuvenate Medical Spa is closely watching the Provincial and Local situation as the Omicron variant evolves. We are taking extra measures in response to minimize any risks at Rejuvenate Medical Spa.

First, our priority is to protect the health and safety of our customers and staff:

  • We will be carefully monitoring our staff who will also be wearing the appropriate PPE
  • Access to the clinic is closely monitored as well as controlled to limit the number of clients in the building
  • We will be reducing in-clinic traffic by ensuring your appointments are properly spaced out

Secondly, We continue to follow the noted protocols from local health authorities and are taking the following actions:

• Enhancing our cleaning processes and sanitation of all high-touch surfaces.
• Education and information regarding handwashing for our staff and customers
• Available hand sanitizers for customers and staff

Thirdly, we encourage customers to social distance whenever possible:

  • When you arrive to pick up your products, please call us to let us know you are here and our staff will bring your products outside and leave by our entrance

Appointments with Dr. Elmaraghy do not need to be cancelled or rescheduled, however, if you are feeling unwell please contact us to re-book your service.

Appointments in which the mask must be removed with our medical aestheticians are no longer permitted under the new Public Health Measures for Ontario. We can, however, offer most facial treatments using a SpiderTech Spa Mask offered by our medical aestheticians.

If you have two or more of the following symptoms: fever, new or worsening cough, sore throat, trouble breathing, fatigue, loss of taste/smell, headache, congestion or runny nose, please cancel your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you when you are feeling better.

We are committed to following the advice and direction of our public health officials. We admire their front-line work and will follow their direction to uphold our first priority of looking after the safety of our staff and customers.
